Coachella is absolutely ‘for the whites‘ – and I truly hope they appreciated, everything K.Dot gave them on this night.

Hip Hop sometimes does find itself in places like these, sharing real insights and real stories with the masses. Sometimes they hear the message, but often they start to take the messenger down for what he’s says. We saw confusing reactions to the video for Humble (Discussions on Natural beauty Sparked by Be Humble video) and that’s the norm nowadays. Often anything that’s actually good enough to appeal to the masses falls under the ‘judgement’ of those masses. Their education, views, perspectives, all may be biased, influenced – so it was wonderful to see Kendrick perform ‘this song’ at ‘this location’.

From the latest album, Damn, this song God is actually near the end of the epic new effort. You’ll see that he was still able to get ‘some’ of the crowd into it, singing along to a song most of them probably had not even heard yet.  (The fourth album from Kendrick Lamar, “Damn”, dropped just before this concert in 2017.)

Flaws and all, as he actually messed up the song (Lyrics below and you’ll catch it) – as I said the song ‘just’ came out. Don’t Judge God though …. hey perhaps we should also not judge one another.  Imean if you feel some type of way, perhaps we do need to really just … laugh it off. Love this song folks, as it really and truly seems to sum up humanity and all of it’s imperfections. That’s what God feel like? I mean, “he” or ‘she” did create all of this and ‘we’ are all a reflection of that creation right? Ok … we not here to preach … but Kendrick sure did on this track;

The man continues to inspire, while dressed up as a ninja @ Coachella. Most of the live performance was worth 5 lit flames! But this close out, is a nice, peaceful 3 ….
