Killer Mike been in a lot of ‘mouths’ online this week – he was on Vic Mensa show talking about his verse, about Capitalism … and Killer Mike was defending what he said … but unfortunately a lot of my people do not Fully understand this and other economic systems; and it’s not entirely our fault…

A VERY popular belief within Pro-black circles, is that Capitalism Requires anti-black racism to Thrive; a belief I do not agree with.

The belief comes from our people feeling that Capitalism was ‘built on slavery’ – and therefore – a slave class must always exist; and again, I do not fully agree with that notion – not really – A Hispanic friend of mine that I grew up with asked me about that a couple years back. and I told her the same – I don’t believe capitalism in and of itself requires anti-black racism to function …

Even though a lot of, Well read Dr.’s, Writers, Thinkers, Speakers, former civil rights leaders, etc .. all have expressed their view that it does; and it’s the crux of what Fake-Deep Vic Mensa was coming from – that same POV – and alot of our people have been influenced, to think this is true – and so what Killer Mike said, rubbed them entirely wrong.

But He was right …….

Capitalism may not end racism, or save black people from the problems that come with living in a white supremacist nation – but those black capitalist can supply the guns and the bullets …

Cause the problem is not Capitalism..
